Hi to everyone out there! Have decided to re-write the ABOUT US.
But I feel this should not be just about US but about all of you as well!!
Although Liquid Nutrition has always been passionate about health, and
wellness, we also realize that not everyone become or should become 100% plant
based overnight or maybe even ever…. And guess what that’s ok!
Health and wellness is a journey that has to last forever, just like people who train to be in the Olympics, or as simple as setting yourself a goal like loosing that 5 extra pound you put on this year.
We are human, which means we are not perfect .
However we should ALL strive to ALWAYS be 100% healthy all the time .
What is being healthy? Being healthy is keeping an alkaline body,
Which means that disease can’t live in an alkaline body, BUT will live in an acidic body.
What is an alkaline body means as opposed to an acidic body?
When your body fluids contain too much acid, it's known as acidosis. Acidosis occurs when your kidneys and lungs can't keep your body's pH in balance.
What are the symptoms to an acidic body?
Hard to digest
Burping non stop
And the list goes on..
What is the best way to make my body Alkaline fast?
The list includes fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs, herbal teas, seeds, green juice, melons, lemons and seeds.
Before I go on and on and on…. lets get back on track.
Health in my opinion is waking up every with no aches and pains and full of energy physically, but more importantly mentally.
For me the two go hand in hand.
As I mentioned before, staying healthy is a never ending journey, and like most journeys there will be times where we all stumble, and sometimes go off track. That’s ok, because we sometimes need to feel bad to realize how amazing it is to feel good.
I will give you an example of something you can try: If you eat animal products 7 days a week , try not eating any animal one day a week. Make a note on how you feel. Less bloated? More energy?
Then do the same thing with gluten, and then sugar.
Then remove animal, sugar and gluten all at the same time for 2 days, and then 3 days and then 5 days and then one whole week of no sugar, no animal, and no gluten. Take notes how do you feel? BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF
Give your body a vacation, a major change.

Be kind to yourself don’t be afraid of change, discovering new things see how those changes make you feel. We are creatures of habit, but look at us now? We have had to adapt to what is going on in our world. If I told you a year ago that we were all going to have to wear masks what do you think you would of said?
That is why we know we can make changes in our lives…
As far as I am concerned, its all about keeping your immune system strong,
and keeping an alkaline body. Exercise, there are no excuses. Just find a way so you can look back and say you did it!! Be ready for whatever life throws at you. I know we are capable of being better and doing better.
