Our story begins, as many exciting stories do, in downtown Montreal. Obsessed with health and wellness, Chantal and Greg Chamandy, set up stores in an area surrounded by offices, universities and large health clubs.
They realized that the health conscious and time-deprived people in their city needed maximum nutrition for maximum performance. Greg and Chantal integrated vitamins and supplements into Liquid Nutrition, creating inventive combinations of fruit, juices, almond milk and neutraceuticals. Their fusion of naturally flavoured, intensely healthy functional beverages found an immediate demand.
In a few short years, Liquid Nutrition has become a hub at the centre of athletic urban lifestyles. Kind of like that little pin you put in your weight stack on the gym machines.
The company was soon inundated with inquiries from people and fans wanting to buy franchises. Chantal and Greg were convinced to pursue the opportunity to franchise their brand so they called on their friend and business colleague Glenn Young to spearhead the initiative. With his finely honed sports media instincts attuned to locating the next greatest thing, Glenn and Liquid Nutrition collided to create a dynamic force of hydration and health. Glenn knew that the winning combination of taste and nutrition couldn't help attracting the attention of the healthy, sporting elite - he had to join the team as its President.
Ding, ding, ding, cue incredible athletes with an intense appreciation of healthy eating. The Canada Kid, Steve Nash, himself, was so impressed with the slam-dunk of nutrients and flavors that he jumped right onto our starting line up and not only did Steve become a partner in the company, he has led the creation of TEAM LIQUID as its Captain.
Each location brings like-minded, healthy-living people together, letting them share inspiration, motivation and a rare chance to see each other not covered in sweat.
